                | Hostway Launches
Online Charity Game With $50,000 Donation
 Hostway Corporation kicks off ”Happy
                    Holiplay” campaign
to benefit education and technology for youths
 | Chicago, IL – Monday, November 15,
2004 – Hostway Corporation today launches "Happy
Holiplay: Greetings, Gaming and Giving," an international,
online gaming and e-card program, available at www.hostway.com/holiplay,
which will offer a total donation of $50,000 to Junior Achievement
                and NetDay.
Each organization will receive a guaranteed donation of $7,500,
and Hostway will distribute the remaining $35,000 according to
the ratio of votes that each charity receives from visitors who
participate in the "Happy Holiplay” donation program.

“Hostway supports Junior Achievement and NetDay because
of their missions to promote education and technology for youths,” said
John Lee, vice president of marketing at Hostway. “We hope
that our a donation helps the organizations to continue their
advocacy while increasing their visibility through our unique
                online campaign.”

When hostway.com visitors log onto the "Happy Holiplay” page,
holiday-inspired video games welcome them to the site. “Snow
or Blow,” the first of two games to launch, is available
today. (The second, “Lick n’ Bowl,” will launch
Wednesday, December 8.) This all-ages game allows players to
move their adorable kid characters through snow to gain points
by catching tasty snowflakes with their tongues.

The e-card feature, available December 1, invites hostway.com
visitors to create their own unique e-cards from various backgrounds,
characters, accessories, messages and soundtracks. E-card senders,
e-card viewers and game players then have the opportunity to
vote for the charity to which they would like to donate. For
example, if someone designs an e-card and sends it to 5 people,
the designer will get one vote, and each recipient that views
the e-card will also be able to submit a vote. Also, for each
game a visitor plays, they will have the opportunity to submit
a vote. This system will allow every visitor to have an impact
on the final outcome of donations – and to help a good
                cause, or two.
Junior Achievement, renowned for its success in bridging education
